Was looking for another headset to replace and aging pair of DC's, was recommended these by a friend and was so impressed with them, so light, with clear sound. Very comfortable too. Really great value for money, although not active noise reduction they did a fantastic job of keeping things nice and quiet.

I was looking at buying myself my own GA headset last year when a headset i was borrowing from my flying school cut out mid flight. i couldn't bring myself to spend high enough for anything like the bose A20, even used they could set you back £500. so i bought the PS2'2 and they've been great!! i would recommend them to any of my flying friends as good value for money and good quality. plus i just love the carbon fibre!! 😎

Not yet used due to the lack of flyable weather but the headset is light and feels comfortable.

I was very sceptical to buy these considering aeration is a new company so ended up buying a PS1 and a more well known brand. Flown about 5 hours with both and myself and my passengers preferred the Noise cancelling and operation of aeration. Can't believe they were £300 cheaper! would like to see of they compare on longer flight as clamping force is a little higher than the latter

Perfect Sound

I started flying in 1965 on Chipmunks. Since then I have flown a large variety of aircraft form Multi-engined down to Instructing on Flex-wing microlights. My old faithful ( named brand) passive headset of 35 years was becoming tired so I needed to replace it. Given my own continued expectancy in flying being limited I didnt wan’t to spend £ 1,000 s. I decided to try a new fangled noise cancelling headset . As I was taught to fly using stick , rudder , and Dalton computer ,electronics are a mystery to me. I put on my new Aerotion headset whilst a business jet was starting up next to me on the stand. What a revelation when I switched it on - it completely removed the jet noise. Comms with Tower and radar were much clearer . It is extremely comfortable and for such a competitively priced product I cannot recommend it highly enough. I think I will wear it all the time around the house in order to cancel out my wife’s complaints about the time I spend flying !!

Excellent value & quality. Thanks. A user manual or some specifications would have been nice, perhaps with a spares list, but a minor point.

It should come as no surprise that these do not perform as well as Bose A20's, but having worn both headsets, the Aerotion Aviation - AS1 Active Aviation Headset is so close to the Bose ones that some would not easily tell the difference. Now, Aerotion sub £300, Bose well over £1,000, let me think 🤔. If you just MUST have the Bose name then go buy them, but if you want a darned good headset that performs exceptionally well with ANR that does everything you could want, with an aux input for phone/tablets running sky demon, then buy these. You will not be disappointed. I thought they couldn't be nearly as good as they are at this price but I won't buy anything else now when I need more. Oh, plus of course, the guy in the right hand seat said the sound was clear as a bell !
